A Tale of Two Cities & Three Ladies
St Faith’s Church, Overbury
Tuesday 7th, 14th & 21st October at 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Reverend Dr Gerard Moate will be delivering three talks connecting London to the cities of Philippi, Corinth, and Rome in New Testament times, and three women known to St Paul, to illustrate aspects of the Christian virtue of Generosity.

· Lecture 1: London & Philippi – Lydia of Thyratira & Lottie Spinks – Generous Prudence

· Lecture 2: London & Corinth – Priscilla of Corinth & Edith Ramsey – Generous Courage

· Lecture 3: London & Rome – Phoebe of Rome & Mary Knox – Generous Kindness
